SHIPPING
At Get Lost Zone, we ship all products via USPS as our default Free Shipping option. You have the choice to select UPS or FedEx shipping as desired, depending on your geographic location.
Your order is handmade and takes time to make. We will ship your order as soon as possible, usually within five (5) working days. Please allow 2-6 working days for delivery within the United States depending on the shipping carrier and shipping speed you choose.

RETURNS
Your satisfaction is our priority and we hope that you are happy with your order.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we would love to help make it right! Please contact us HERE within seven (7) days of receiving your order and we’ll help get the process started. If your product is a custom order, please see NOTE below.
If your order arrived damaged or if you are experiencing an issue with your product, please send us a message HERE within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photos with a detailed description and we will get it sorted out for you.
NOTE: We are unable to accept returns on any opened Freshee products and fragrance oils or for any custom order, nor will we cover any shipping fees. Discontinued items, gift cards, or items not produced by us are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
